Clifford Chance advises Flow Traders N.V. on its IPO and listing on Euronext Amsterdam

A cross-border team led by Clifford Chance Amsterdam acted for Flow Traders N.V. ('Flow Traders') and its shareholders, including US private equity firm Summit Partners, on the IPO and listing on Euronext Amsterdam of Flow Traders. Flow Traders is a leading global technology-enabled liquidity provider that specializes in exchange traded products. It has operations across three continents with its headquarters in Amsterdam.

LETT assists Stylepit A/S in capital increase

LETT assisted the Danish online fashion shop Stylepit A/S in capital increase earlier this year.

Stylepit is the largest Danish online fashion shop, and the company was listed in 2012. Since its listing, Stylepit has seen fluctuating and, over recent years, severely negative results and continuous management changes. This spring, LETT assisted Stylepit in solving the challenges facing it.

The Moscow and London offices of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP are advising Uralkali, one of the world's largest potash producers, in a buyback programme of its Common Shares and GDRs with a total purchase amount of $1.32 billion. The buyback is expected to be completed by the end of 2015.

Burges Salmon advises Gravis Capital Partners on £96m Agrivert refinancing deal

Energy sector experts from Burges Salmon have advised specialist investment advisory firm Gravis Capital Partners (GCP) on a deal that saw the £96 million recapitalisation of Agrivert.

In acting for Gravis Capital Partners as the senior lenders on the deal, the Burges Salmon team was responsible for drafting and negotiating the finance documentation, along with reviewing and advising the project contracts.

Nabarro advises SPARK Ventures on £15m fundraise

Slaughter and May is advising RSA Insurance Group plc (RSA) on a possible all cash offer received from Zurich Insurance Group (Zurich) at 550 pence per ordinary share. In addition, under the terms of the proposal, RSA shareholders retain the right to receive the 3.5 pence interim dividend announced by RSA on 6 August 2015. The possible offer is conditional on, among other things, due diligence and the recommendation of the RSA Board and values RSA at approximately £5.6 billion.
