The transaction is split in two placement steps: In a private placement the company has placed about 11.1 million shares with selected institutional investors and family offices at €25 per share.

Clifford Chance advises Moelis and Morgans on A$161 million IPO of homebuilder Simonds Group

Clifford Chance has advised Moelis Australia Advisory Pty Ltd and Morgans Corporate Limited in their roles as underwriters to the initial public offering of Simonds Group Limited.

Simonds, Victoria's largest homebuilder, has raised approximately A$160 million from investors in Australia as well as other markets.

Moelis Australia Advisory Pty Ltd and Morgans Corporate Limited were joint lead managers, underwriters and bookrunners for the initial public
offering.  Moelis Australia Advisory Pty Limited also acted as financial advisor to Simonds.

Bingham Represents Boot Barn Holdings in $80M IPO

Bingham represented Boot Barn Holdings Inc., a California-based apparel and boots retailer, in its $80 million initial public offering. Boot Barn offered 5 million shares at $16 per share to rake in $80 million in its public debut, the company said in a statement. That offering price fell on the high end of the initial $14- to $16-per-share range that Boot Barn set last week. The Bingham team, led by partner Tim Rupp, included partner Cynthia Dunnett, associates Sara Carian and Jason Capps, and former partner, the late Rick Welch.

Eversheds advises entu on AIM admission

Eversheds has advised the home improvement group entu (UK) plc, on its successful admission to AIM.

Entu provides energy efficiency products and services to homeowners in the UK. The IPO values the business at £65.6m.

The Eversheds team was led by partner Simon Masters and Senior Associate Nicola Brookes and assisted by Associate Helen Yeung and a wider Eversheds team.

Clifford Chance has advised the lead managers and the fiscal agent on Bank of China Limited's US$6.5 billion (RMB39.94 billion) offering of Basel III-compliant additional tier 1 preference shares. The lead managers were BOCI, BNP Paribas, China Merchants Securities, CITIC Securities, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, HSBC, Morgan Stanley and Standard Chartered Bank. The fiscal agent was The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch. This is the first offshore additional tier 1 capital issue from a Chinese bank.

China National Building Material Company - subscription for new ordinary shares in China Shanshui Cement Group

Slaughter and May, Hong Kong, is advising China National Building Material Company Limited ('CNBM') in relation to its subscription for new ordinary shares in China Shanshui Cement Group Limited ('Shanshui') for a total consideration of HK$1.56 billion (US$201 million). The transaction will give CNBM a 16.67% interest in Shanshui. The shares will be issued pursuant to the general mandate granted by the shareholders of Shanshui at its last Annual General Meeting.

White & Case Advises Underwriters on €200 Million Rights Issue for IGD SIIQ

White & Case LLP has advised the underwriters BNP Paribas and Banca IMI on the rights issue for Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione SIIQ S.p.A. (IGD), a leading owner and manager of retail shopping centres in Italy that is listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange.

The rights offering consisted of 396,186,629 newly issued IGD ordinary shares for approximately €200 million, offered to IGD's existing shareholders, also pursuant to Regulation S of the US Securities Act of 1933.
