DWF advises on the initial public offering of virtual reality business Immotion Group

International legal business DWF has advised Immotion Group plc on their initial public offering on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.

The DWF team based in Newcastle has acted for Immotion Group since it was incorporated in 2017 and assisted in the forming of the group by way of a three-way cross-border merger which completed at the beginning of this year.

Immotion Group provides immersive 'Out of Home' virtual reality (VR) experiences that are used in theme parks and shopping centres including Genting Resorts World in Birmingham.

Simpson Thacher Represents Underwriters in the US$150.5 Million Hong Kong IPO and Rule 144A/Regulation S Offering by Qeeka Home

The Firm represented the underwriters in the initial public offering in Hong Kong and Rule 144A/Regulation S offering by Qeeka Home (Cayman) Inc. (“Qeeka Home”). Qeeka Home offered an aggregate of 242,030,000 Shares (prior to the exercise of the overallotment option), which raised US$150.5 million in gross proceeds. Osborne Clarke advises Creo Medical Group plc on placing of up to £48.5m

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Creo Medical Group plc (the Company), a medical device company focused on the emerging field of surgical endoscopy, on a placing to raise up to £48.5 million before expenses.

The net proceeds of the placing received by the Company will be used primarily for the following purposes:

    to extend the Company’s Clinical Education Program both by the Company and in conjunction with select distribution partners globally;

CMS advises Banco Santander and Ahorro Corporación Financiera on Grupo Ortiz’s tender offer and on its bond issuance on the MARF.

CMS has advised Banco Santander and Ahorro Corporación Financiera as dealer managers on the tender offer made by Grupo Ortiz. Furthermore, it has advised them as placement entities on the issuance of bonds by Grupo Ortiz on the Alternative Fixed-Income Market (MARF) for amounts of c. 26 million and 50 million euros, respectively.

CMS Belgium assisted Asit Biotech in connection with its successful EUR 12 million convertible bonds placement

CMS Belgium assisted Asit Biotech, a biopharmaceutical company listed on Euronext Paris and Euronext Brussels, in the issuance of an equity line (convertible bonds) with a total commitment of EUR 12 million. The convertible bonds and subscription rights were offered through a private placement with accelerated bookbuilding. The flexible convertible bond product allowed for immediate conversion into ordinary shares and/or differed investments, insuring a continuous financing of the issuer.

Davis Polk advised 51 Credit Card Inc. (“51 Credit”) in connection with its initial public offering and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and an international offering in reliance on Rule 144A and Regulation S. The net proceeds from the offering amounted to approximately HK$1.0 billion (US$130.0 million) prior to the exercise of the over-allotment option.

51 Credit operates the largest online credit card management platform and the largest online consumer finance marketplace targeting credit card holders in China.
