Ashurst advises JX on sale of interest in Blane oil field to Faroe Petroleum

Ashurst is advising JX Nippon Oil and Gas Exploration Corporation subsidiary, JX Nippon Exploration and Production (U.K.) Limited, on the sale of its 17.07% interest in UK Licence P111 Block 30/3a (upper), comprising a part of the Blane oil field (“Blane Field”) in the North Sea, to Faroe Petroleum (U.K.) Limited ("Faroe").

Clifford Chance has advised CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited (CKI) on a joint venture with Cheung Kong Property Holdings Limited and on the joint venture's acquisition of 100 % of ista International GmbH from CVC Capital Partners Fund V. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory and antitrust approvals and is expected to be closed in the fourth quarter of 2017.

Osborne Clarke advises Machtfit on €2.2m series A financing round

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Machtfit GmbH, on the closing of its series A EUR 2.2 million financing round, led by Seventure Partners.

Machtfit is a Berlin based company who have created a digital health platform, which allows employees to book health and fitness programs funded by their employer.

Seventure Partners is a leading venture capital firm in Europe. They invest in innovative businesses with high growth potential in two fields: Digital technologies in France and Germany, and Life sciences across Europe and North America.

Roschier represented APG on the launch into construction of Åskälen onshore wind power project

Roschier represented APG on the launch into construction of the 288MW Åskälen onshore wind power project, located in Jämtland. The project will comprise 80 Vestas V136 3.6MW turbines, making it the largest onshore wind power project in Sweden.

The total construction investment will amount to approximately EUR 300 million, and commissioning will be completed in 2020, delivering a total power production close to 1TWh/year, equivalent to 50.000 Swedish households.

Osborne Clarke has advised New Enterprise Associates (NEA) and a significant co-investor on a $47.9m funding round for MOVE Guides, a technology platform that powers the mobile workforce so that companies can get the right people in the right place.

NEA is a global venture firm that invests across multiple stages, sectors and geographies. Their investment will help to fund MOVE Guide’s continued expansion, which during 2016, saw the fast-growing company achieve 200% annual growth across 200 countries.
