Vinge advises 24/7 Customer (Financial Services) Limited on Swedish law matters in connection with its acquisition of Campanja AB. The transaction was closed on 24 August 2015.

Vinge’s team consists of M&A partners Peter Sundgren and Johan Winnerblad, associates Carl Sander (M&A), Per Nydén and Evelina Tejle (employment & benefits), Josefin Larsson (banking & finance), Emilie Parland (tax) and Rebecka Weitzberg (intellectual property).

Slaughter and May is advising Diageo - intended transaction to increase equity stake in Guinness Nigeria

Slaughter and May is advising Diageo plc on its announced intention to increase its equity stake in Guinness Nigeria.

As announced by Diageo on 9 September 2015, it has approached the Board of Directors of Guinness Nigeria plc with an intention to make an offer to increase its equity stake in Guinness Nigeria from 54.3% up to a maximum of 70%. Guinness Nigeria’s listing on the Nigerian Stock Exchange would be maintained.

Priveq has acquired approximately 60 per cent of the shares in Anläggning & Kabel Entreprenad i Malmö AB, a leading supplier of excavation work for cable and construction related projects in the southern parts of Sweden.

Logstor acquires Powerpipe Systems from Jebo Industrier

Logstor, owned by the private equity investment firm Triton, has acquired Powerpipe Systems AB from Jebo Industrier AS and certain minority holders. Powerpipe is a Swedish-based provider of pre-insulated pipe systems. The company is focused on ensuring customers flexible deliveries and short lead times on customized and standard products.

Logstor is a market leader in pre-insulated pipe systems for district heating and cooling, and supplier to the oil and gas sector as well as the chemical and food industries.

Charles Russell Speechlys has advised the Civica Group (an investee company of OMERS Private Equity) on its acquisition of Web Technologies Group (WTG), the software consultancy and services group.

Based in London, WTG specialises in planning, building and managing complex, secure web applications and digital services for government and other public sector clients. Customers include the Home Office, Ministry of Justice, Department of Health, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Government Digital Service, the College of Policing and the National Crime Agency.
