DADES announces sale of its subsidiary Datea

The major real estate investment company DADES has sold its subsidiary Datea, Denmark's market leader within commercial real estate, to Newsec, the leading company within property asset management and advisory in Northern Europe.

For DADES, the sale means an enhanced focus on its primary business and a release of funds for further investments in real estate property, the very core of DADES’ business model.

KWM advises CHAMP on its sale of Golding Group to NRW

King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) is advising funds managed or advised by CHAMP Private Equity on the sale of Golding Group to ASX listed NRW Holdings Limited.

Golding currently operates three core divisions, civil, mining and urban, with approximately 700 staff across Queensland and New South Wales.

The KWM team was led by Partners Mark McNamara and Matt Coull, supported by Senior Associate Will Stawell and Associate Laura Bonnici.

Bech-Bruun advises on sale of Nodes Group

The owners of Nodes Group have sold 85 percent of the share capital to Japanese Monstar Lab. 

Nodes develops apps for businesses, and their list of customers includes Weatherbys, BMW, Abellio, Samsung, Danske Bank and Arriva. The company has offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus and London, and the sale to Monstar Lab is part of Nodes’s plan to expand their European activities significantly. Nodes’s founders will continue to own 15 percent of the Nodes Group.
