Herbert Smith Freehills has advised global private equity firm EQT on the sale of diagnostic imaging business I-MED Radiology Network to fellow private equity firm Permira.

I-MED is the leading diagnostic imaging provider in Australia, performing almost five million procedures across 204 clinics every year.

Stephenson Harwood advised Avico Group on Flybus sale

Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Avico Group on the sale of its subsidiary Flybus to Transdev.

Avico Group offers a range of integrated services for the aviation transport industry, including aircraft leasing and chartering and airport facilities such as cabin cleaning and training. Flybus transfers passengers and aircrew between Paris Charles–de-Gaulle terminals and aircraft. It has a fleet of 50 buses serving more than 40 airlines, transporting over seven million passengers annually.

Selecta sells Selecta Finland after the acquisition of Pelican Rouge

Baker McKenzie advised Selecta AG (“Selecta”), a leading European vending and coffee services provider on its sale of Selecta Finland to JOBmeal. This was a 'forced' sale, as EU antitrust regulators cleared Selecta’s proposed acquisition of Dutch peer Pelican Rouge, subject to the divestment of all their vending service activities in Finland.

Schulte Advises Sustainable Growth Advisers in Acquisition by Virtus Investment Partners Inc.

Schulte advised Sustainable Growth Advisers (SGA), an employee-owned investment manager, in its sale of a majority stake to Virtus Investment Partners Inc., which operates as a multi-manager asset management business. SGA has $11.6 billion in assets under management in U.S. and international growth equity strategies. The transaction, in which Virtus will purchase interest held by private equity firm Estancia Capital Management and by SGA's partners, will expand Virtus' investment offerings and diversify and expand its clients base.

CMS for NMS Group in debt restructuring transaction and acquisition by Chinese Hefei SARI V-Capital Management

NMS Group was assisted by CMS in the definition of the agreement for the restructuring of its debt with certain leading banks and in the process of selling 90% of the company to the Chinese investment fund Hefei Sari V-Capital Management Co., Ltd. The closing of the transaction is expected within the first quarter of 2018, as soon as the necessary authorizations from the Chinese Government are finalized.
