Travers Smith LLP has advised Access UK Limited, a company backed by Travers Smith’s long standing client TA Associates, on its acquisition of First Choice Software from the founders.

Access UK Limited is a leading business management software company, with a portfolio spanning solutions for finance, HR, payroll, business intelligence and supply chain. The company services more than 7,000 UK businesses and not-for-profit organisations.  Access’ acquisition of First Choice Software, which specialises in recruitment software, is a significant growth opportunity and will further broaden Access’s existing product range.

The Travers Smith team was led by Head of Private Equity Paul Dolman, who was assisted by corporate associate Stacey Beggs. The team also included tax partner Russell Warren, tax associate Silvana Van der Velde and employment associate Glendon Salter.
