The transactions, which announced on 1st April 2014, are: (1) The acquisition of £0.7 billion funds under management of the private client wealth management business of Tilney Investment Management Limited, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank; (2) The acquisition of £2.1 billion funds under management of Jupiter Asset Management Limited's private client and charity investment management business; and (3) The £24.4 million share placing with existing institutional investors.
