Simmons & Simmons has advised Actief Interim, one of the largest and independent temporary employment agencies for Benelux, on its acquisition of German ISU group.
Actief Interim is a portfolio company of the private equity investor Gilde. The ISU group is one of the leading independent companies in the temporary staffing business in Germany.
This acquisition represents a first step for Actief Interim in the German market after significant growth in Belgium and the Netherlands.
The transaction was led by corporate/M&A partner Dr Stephan Ulrich based in the firm’s Dusseldorf office, and Leo Verhoeff, private equity partner in the firm’s Amsterdam office.
