Aermont Capital, the European based real estate investment and asset manager, has raised a total of €2bn of equity for its fourth European real estate fund. The final closing was held on 31 October 2018.

A first closing held on 10 August 2018 exceeded the formal target of €1.6 billion. Investors in Fund IV include some of the most prominent public and private pension plans, sovereign wealth funds and other institutions from Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia. Investors representing over 90% of equity commitments to the predecessor Fund III participated.
