Allen & Overy LLP advised SD Worx, the leading European provider of human resource services headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium, on the acquisition of fidelis HR GmbH from the Munich-based Aurelius Group.
The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

fidelis HR is one of the leading payroll services providers in the German-speaking market, offering a comprehensive range of services in the field of business process outsourcing (BPO) as well as its own software solutions for HR departments.

With this acquisition, Belgian SD Worx continues to expand its activities throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland, further pursuing its Europe-wide growth strategy.
