Allen & Overy LLP has advised the ALBA Group, Berlin, on the sale of INTERSEROH NRW GmbH. Based in Dortmund, NRW INTERSEROH deals with scrap recycling and in addition to headquarters in Dortmund has operations in Mülheim, Munster and Werdohl. The parties have agreed the purchase price, which is undisclosed. The transaction is subject to approval by the Federal Cartel Office.
