Allen & Overy Paris advised the Thai stationer Double A, on the acquisition of an industrial site in Alizay in conjunction with the Department of Eure.

Double A group acquired a property and industrial facilities to boost production of paper at the plant in Alizay, one of the largest paper mills in France.

Immediately prior to this, the Department of Eure acquired the site from its previous operator.

The Allen & Overy team on this new operation was led in Paris by Jean-Patrice Labautière (Associate, Mergers & Acquisitions), assisted by Marjorie Rochelle (senior associate) on real estate issues.
