We advised Anvia Oyj in its divestment of Anvia Telecom Oy, Anvia IT-Palvelut Oy, Anvia Hosting Oy, Anvia TV Oy and Watson Nordic Oy to Elisa Oyj. The overall value of the deal was EUR 107 million.
