Kalmar based company Arenco AB has acquired Kalmar Verkstadskompetens AB (KVK).

KVK is active in machine assembly and hiring of personnel for industrial companies. Arenco, with operations in Kalmar and Shanghai, is active in machine assembly, installation and component manufacturing, within the machine segments; Packaging equipment, Fish processing and Match-stick production.
