It was announced August 1 that Fujitsu Services Holdings has acquired Symphony ESM , one of the most well-established and experienced ServiceNow partners in Northern Europe.

Arntzen de Besche has assisted Fujitsu Services Holdings with advice on all the Norwegian aspects of the transaction. The team was led by Per A. Dagslet, assisted by a team consisting of Pål A. Reinertsen, Even Næstvold, Hege Dahl, Espen Sandvik, Gard A. Skogstrøm, Christina Cascampas, Andreas Rabe, Knut-Marius Sture, Bente Langsrud, Camilla Ellingsvik and Eyvind Sandvik.
