Ashurst advised AEW, on behalf of the City Retail Fund, on the €18.5 million acquisition of Via Torino 22 in Milan, an 851 square metre prime retail asset in the centre of the city.  The asset is fully let to Japanese retailer Muji, which is due to take occupancy in September 2017.
AEW is one of the world's largest real estate asset managers with over €60bn of assets under management as at 31 March 2017.
