Ashurst advised Agilitas Partners on the acquisition of certain subsidiaries of Michael Henriksen Group (MH Group). MH Group has around 240 employees and is one of Copenhagen's largest providers of soil recycling.

The deal is Agilitas' fourth acquisition and second in the waste management sector.
