Ashurst has advised BKI Investment Company Limited (BKI) on a Share Purchase Plan to raise A$21.2 million, which closed Wednesday 14 June 2017.

BKI shareholders were given the opportunity to purchase shares up to a maximum value of $15,000 at $1.58 per share. Share Purchase Plan shares commenced trading on the ASX on Friday 23 June 2017.

The team was led by partner Anton Harris, who was assisted by lawyer Kristen Wong (Corporate).
