Ashurst advised Brighte Capital Pty Ltd on its A$4 million capital raise led by Grok Ventures.

Brighte was established in 2015 by Founder and CEO Katherine McConnell and provides on-the-spot finance online for home energy improvement such as solar panels and home batteries.  Grok Ventures is a private investment vehicle established by Atlassian co-founder and co-CEO Mike Cannon-Brookes'.
