Ashurst is advising Goldman Sachs as financial adviser in relation to the recommended cash offer by the Daisy Group for Phoenix IT Group plc, announced today, which values Phoenix IT Group at approximately £135 million.

Phoenix IT Group is a UK provider of IT infrastructure services to mid-market businesses and other IT services companies. It provides essential services to help customers run and grow their businesses.

The Ashurst team is being led by corporate partners Tom Mercer and Karen Davies together with finance partners Mark Vickers and Tim Rennie.  Associate Claire Broom, solicitors Harry Thimont and Andrew McLaren, and solicitor Harvey Kaye are assisting on the deal.
