Ashurst has advised Lloyds Banking Group on the £70 million development financing of Emerald Gardens, at Wembley Park. This is part of the Quintain 50:50 joint venture with Keystone Developers S.A. to deliver the next 306,000 square feet phase of homes at Wembley Park, which will comprise seven buildings.

The Ashurst team was led by banking partner Sarah Watkinson, supported by senior associate Victoria Tarr and solicitor Raymond Yeung. The real estate team was led by partner Henry Moss, supported by senior associates Devina Rana, Bethan Ellis-Jones, Sarah Batterton and solicitor Tom Rowberry.
