Ashurst advises on refinancing of 154MW wind power plants in Italy

Ashurst advised the lenders on the €145 million project financing of three wind farms located in Calabria and Basilicata, with an overall installed capacity of 154 MW.

The wind farms are owned by ERG Eolica Fossa del Lupo S.r.l., ERG Eolica Amaroni S.r.l. and ERG Eolica Basilicata S.r.l. Crédit Agricole CIB acted as the coordinating and structuring bank and mandated lead arranger, BNP Paribas (CIB Italy) and ING Bank as mandated lead arrangers and UBI Banca are mandated lead arranger and facilities agent. Crédit Agricole Carispezia acted as the account bank.
