Ashurst has advised URB Investments Limited (URB) in its initial public offering of shares and options, valued at approximately A$80.1 million.

URB is a listed investment company managed by Contact Asset Management Pty Limited that will invest in a diversified portfolio of equities and direct property assets that have exposure to urban renewal and regeneration. 

Ashurst acted as legal advisor to URB on its:

* initial public offering of 72,853,232 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $1.10 per share and 72,853,232 options to acquire a share, exercisable at $1.10 each at any time on or before 7 April 2018; and
* listing on ASX.

URB admitted to the Official List of ASX on 11 April 2017. Official quotation of securities commenced on 12 April 2017.
