The majority interest in Avinode, the world’s leading marketplace for buying and selling air charter online, has been acquired by Multi Service Technology Solutions, Inc., a leader in aviation management software technology and card processing solutions.

Avinode, with headquarters in Gothenburg and U.S. offices in Miamiand Portland, helps air charter brokers and other industry customers find the best aircraft matches for any trip, based on pricing and real-time availability information provided by operators. Multi Service Technology Solutions is a global transaction management company specialising in billing and payment systems.
