Gruppo Granarolo has acquired a 60% stake in Comarsa Commercio Alimentari SA from the founder of this company. Comarsa Commercio Alimentari SA is a leading distributor of Italian food products in Switzerland. Gruppo Ganarolo is Italy’s biggest agro-industrial operator with Italian capital. This acquisition will allow Granarolo to enter the attractive and geographically close Swiss market with its dairy and ham products.
