Valora has sold the La Praille building in Geneva to Migros for an undisclosed purchase price. Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to Valora in this transaction. The team included Corrado Rampini and Charles Gschwind (both Real Estate) as well as Christoph Neeracher and Luca Jagmetti (both M&A).
