Baker McKenzie advises Allgon in the acquisition of Tele Radio

Allgon AB (publ) has entered into a conditional agreement to acquire all shares in Tele-Radio International Holding AB (Tele Radio). The purchase price amounts to SEK 350 million on a debt and cash free basis with a possible additional purchase price of up to a maximum of SEK 50 million.

Allgon is a Swedish company group that develops and delivers wireless communication solutions for industrial and robust environments in the global market.

Tele Radio is an international player with more than 240 employees and operations in more than 15 countries. Tele Radio develops, manufactures and markets radio remote control products for industrial use.

The acquisition is in line with Allgon's goal to become a global player in industrial radio remote control.

Together with Andulf Advokat, Baker McKenzie is acting as legal advisor to Allgon in the transaction. Baker McKenzie’s team consists mainly of partners Joakim Falkner, Costin Mihailescu and Mats Rooth and associates Stefan Balazs, Erik Brändt Öfverholm, Anna Sylten, Georg Jonsson, Olof Johannesson and several other lawyers in Stockholm as well as from Baker McKenzie's offices in Chicago, London, Shanghai, Amsterdam and Munich.
