Baker & McKenzie advised Crédit Agricole and its subsidiary Silca in charge of the IT services of the group, as part of the creation of a joint company with Capgemini, one of the world leaders in consulting, IT services and outsourcing.
The joint venture, operated by Capgemini, aims to provide computer services dedicated to SILCA and other entities of Crédit Agricole Group.
This project required the intervention of several teams of Baker & McKenzie Paris, alongside Legal Departments of Crédit Agricole SA and its subsidiary Silca. The ITC team, which led the project, was composed of Laurent Szuskin and Rémy Bricard, both partners, and of Laure Carli, associate. The M&A team included Stéphane Davin, partner, Antoine Caillard, counsel, and Savéria Laforce, senior associate. Finally, the Tax team was composed of Guillaume Le Camus, partner, and Albane Sevin, counsel.
