Baker & McKenzie has advised Technogym on the acquisition of a majority stake in Exerp, a leading Danish global digital specialist in the development of innovative fitness software solutions, adopted by various major industry players around the world.

Baker & McKenzie, with a team comprising Lorenzo de Martinis, as lead  partner, and Eleonora Melato, associate, acted as lead legal advisor and coordinated the activities of the Danish consultants, providing project support to the Technogym team, consisting of Andrea Nobili – responsible for M&A – and Paolo Fabiani – head of legal.
