Baker & McKenzie advised Citywide Service Solutions Pty Ltd (Citywide), one of Australia’s leading providers of infrastructure, environmental and open space services on the sale of a 50% interest in Citywide's asphalt manufacturing business to Fulton Hogan Industries Pty Ltd, owner of more than 50 asphalt plants across the Asia Pacific region.

Citywide’s asphalt plant supplies low carbon, market-ready asphalt products to Victorian infrastructure companies and councils.  From early beginnings in Victoria, the company has enjoyed consistent growth, diversifying services and expanding its reach across the eastern seaboard.

Fulton Hogan employs over 5,500 employees and operates a vast number of sites across New Zealand, Australia and the South Pacific.  Its expertise spans transport, water, energy, mining and land development infrastructure.
