Bird & Bird LLP advised Glass Lewis Europe Ltd., subsidiary of Glass, Lewis & Co., LLC on its acquisition of all shares in IVOX GmbH by way of a share deal.

Glass, Lewis & Co., is a leading independent provider of global services in the field of governance that helps institutional investors better understand the corporate governance practices of the companies in which they invest. IVOX is Germany's leading independent service provider in the proxy advisory and governance field for institutional investors. In the coming months, Glass Lewis and IVOX will integrate their respective technologies and research services.

With this acquisition, IVOX Glass Lewis effectively became a wholly owned subsidiary of Glass Lewis Europe Ltd.

The purchase price is not disclosed.
