Taaleritehdas Plc is an investment management company focusing on private banking, asset management, private equity and financing services. The company is listed on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki First North Finland. Taaleritehdas agreed on 22 December 2014 to sell two real estate funds operated by it to LähiTapiola Keskinäinen Vakuutusyhtiö and LähiTapiola Keskinäinen Henkivakuutusyhtiö. These funds, Taaleritehtaan Asuntorahasto I Ky and Taaleritehtaan Asuntorahasto III Ky, have a portfolio of 10 housing companies consisting of 509 high quality apartments built within the last four years and located in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa and Lahti.
