A Bryan Cave M&A team led by Partner Michael Leue and Counsel Hubertus Schröder advised Weiderer Holding GmbH, headquartered in Deggendorf, Germany, in the sale of its HR service activities to TimePartner-Gruppe, a leading German HR service provider. The sale included all of the Weiderer Group’s shares in Aartos Personalservice, Weiderer Personaldienste and opTEAMum Personaldienstleistungen. The parties agreed to keep the sales price confidential. The German Federal Cartel Office has approved of the transaction.

Through the sale, Weiderer Group disposes of its business unit HR services after 26 years of business in order to focus its activities on the development of industrial properties and the operation of solar energy facilities. A total of more than 1,000 external employees are employed in the sold business operations. The total turnover of the sold operations amounted to approximately € 30 million in the financial year 2016 and is expected to increase to approximately € 36 million for 2017. The sold companies focus on the region of Bavaria and also operate recruiting sites in the Czech Republic.
