Shearman & Sterling and De Brauw advise Bunge in the acquisition of 70% of the shares in Loders Croklaan from IOI Corporation Berhad for the purchase price of US$ 946 million. AKD advised IOI Corporation Berhad on the sell side.
 
Bunge, a leading global agribusiness and food company has entered into an agreement to acquire 70% ownership interest in IOI Loders Croklaan, an established leader in the specialty oil & fats business.
