Buse Heberer Fromm advised the heirs of the founder of the GERA Metallhandel GmbH on the sale of their 50% stake in the company to both the partner and managing director of the company as well as to other buyers. All parties have agreed not to disclose any information concerning the amount of the purchase price.

GERA Metallhandel GmbH, which is based in Herten, was founded in 1981. Its main line of business is in trading semi-finished brass products and brass scraps. Thanks to years of business relationships with factories and retailers, as well as more than 30 years of exclusive representation of the Italian company S.A. Eredi Gnutti Metalli S.p.A., GERA Metallhandel GmbH has successfully established itself on the German and European market for non-ferrous metals.
