Baker McKenzie assisted Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane and Busitalia-Sita Nord (a company wholly owned by FS Italiane) with the legal aspects of the acquisition of Qbuzz B.V., a Dutch public transport provider.

The operation will be closed after the procedure and authorisations have been obtained, including the go-ahead from the Dutch Consumer and Market Authority (ACM).
