Eurocommercial aquires C4 Shopping, under construction in Kristianstad. C4 Shopping, which includes a total of approximately 40,000 square meters, is expected to be completed by the end of 2018. The shopping centre is located next to the E22 road and is planed to accommodate 90 stores and restaurants. A 6.500 square meter supermarket will be built opposite from the centre. The transaction value of the site of commerce, also including a volume retail area, amounts to approximately SEK 1.7 billion. The vendor will continue to be responsible for the development, leasing and completion of C4 Shopping.
