CapMan, Varma and Cavendo have acquired Heron City

CapMan Nordic Real Estate, acting as lead investor, has together with Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company and Cavendo acquired Heron City from NIAM for approximately EUR 98 million.

Heron City is an approximately 49,400 square meter landmark retail center located in Kungens Kurva in Stockholm.

CapMan is a leading Nordic investment and asset management company, Varma is a pension insurance company that is one of the leading real estate investors in Finland and Cavendo is an independent investment advisory and asset management firm based in Stockholm.

Mannheimer Swartling advised the buy-side in the transaction. The team was led by Mattias Karlsson, primarily assisted by Jon Rastad and Klara Apéria (M&A), Henrik Willborg (Real Estate) and David Nordenlöw (Banking and Finance).
