Charles Russell acted for Conster Capital Ventures Ltd. in the acquisition of Maskells Estate Agents, a top end London estate agency specialising in high value properties in Kensington & Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Belgravia.
 
The transaction involved members of Charles Russell's corporate, tax, employment and real estate teams.  Corporate partner Will Axtell led the team with key support from associate Lucy Macpherson.
