Charles Russell Speechlys has acted for valued clients OLM Group Limited on the sale of Peppermint Technologies Limited to Peppermint Technology Holdings Limited, a newly formed company funded by leading venture capital firm, Scottish Equity Partners.

Peppermint's focus is to provide a Legal Service Platform which draws upon one database and combines all the different legal software applications required by a law firm.

OLM and it shareholders have retained a stake in Peppermint, which is set to grow with the £10 million of funding injected into the business by Scottish Equity Partners.
