Charles Russell Speechlys has acted for award winning organic drinks producer Rebel Kitchen on its acquisition of a controlling interest in Better Fresh Limited, a producer of coconut water and yogurt products under the brand name “Unoco”.

Rebel Kitchen was founded by Tamara Arbib and Ben Arbib and has developed a leading brand, producing its organic diary free coconut ‘Mylk’ drinks. Its products have a global reach, selling across Europe, the US, Australia, China and UAE.

The founders of Better Fresh Ltd are to continue in the business.
