Charles Russell Speechlys advises Copyright Clearance Center on the acquisition of IXXUS

Charles Russell Speechlys has advised Copyright Clearance Center (CCC), a firm dedicated to creating global licensing and content solutions, on its acquisition of Ixxus, a software professional services firm and leading provider of publishing solutions.

CCC will explore opportunities to extend the value of licensing through the new service offerings Ixxus provides, and continue expanding its presence in the publishing market through ongoing product development and sales of its RightsLink permissions and author services SaaS products. The company will also continue to offer SaaS-based content workflow, text and data mining and document delivery solutions for the corporate sector through its RightFind content solution suite.
