Charles Russell Speechlys has advised Iceni Capital and other selling shareholders of StockWell Communications, the international strategic communications and reputation management firm, on its sale to Teneo Holdings.

Following its acquisitions of StockWell and Blue Rubicon, Teneo will be one of the largest strategic communications practices in the European market.

All members of StockWell’s senior management team, including Managing Partners Tim Burt, Philip Gawith and Richard Holloway, will continue as part of the Teneo leadership team.

The Charles Russell Speechlys team was led by Private Equity Partner Andrew Clarke and Private Equity Senior Associate Richard Coleman.
