Charles Russell Speechlys has advised the 10-strong management team of Principle Cleaning Services (PCS) on their partial buy-out of its founder, Douglas Cooke.

Established in 1989 as a privately-owned and independent company, PCS is a market leader in providing corporate, commercial cleaning in London to some of the most famous landmark buildings in the Capital, including our very own premises in Fleet Place!
