Charles Russell Speechlys has advised Rockpool Investments on the management buy-out of Cheltenham-based Cotswold Collections, a high-quality women’s unique fashion brand aimed at affluent mature women. Cotswold Collections has offered exclusive quality clothing and accessories for twenty four years.

Cotswold Collections is renowned for its focus on dedicated personal customer service and carefully sourced yarns to create elegant and classic high-quality garments. The company utilises a variety of sales channels, including mail order catalogues, online and over the telephone. The company maintains contact with its clients, mailing seven catalogues a year in the UK and abroad.

The investment marks Rockpool’s ninth investment of 2017, and contributes to a total of £40m (€45.6m) it has invested this year alone.
