Clifford Chance advised Allianz Group on the acquisition of "Medienfabrik", Ganghoferstrasse 66-70, in Munich, from Commerz Real Investment GmbH, the real estate branch of Commerzbank AG. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The "Medienfabrik" ensemble, located on "Theresienhöhe", is a composition of five single buildings, which include offices, especially for the creative sector, flats, restaurants, outdoor facilities and an underground car park on a total surface of about 33,500 sqm. The project was developed by Accumulata Immobilien Development GmbH and the architectural concept combines classic old and modern new buildings.
