Amundi Real Estate, Europe's largest asset investment manager, has sold 49 percent of shares in the Berlin office property Rocket Tower to Finnish pension fund Ilmarinen. International law firm Clifford Chance has again advised Amundi on this transaction.
The Berlin Rocket Tower complex comprises approximately 26,200 square metres of rental space, and its main user is the Internet eCommerce group Rocket Internet. Amundi had acquired
