Clifford Chance advises Amundi on the acquisition of 'Telekom Campus' in Hamburg

Clifford Chance advised French asset manager Amundi Real Estate, advised by L'Etoile Properties, on the acquisition of the 'Telekom Campus' in Hamburg, Germany. TAS group is the developer of the complex. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The 'Telekom Campus' is currently being built at Überseering 2, Hamburg, on the former premises of the BP headquarters. The newly constructed office building was designed by KSP Jürgen Engel Architekten and offers a gross floor area of approximately 44,000 square metres on nine storeys. After completion, which is expected for the second half of the year, it will be fully let to Deutsche Telekom.
